Technical Service Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Analyst to join our RELEX Solutions team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving technical issues in our applications and hosted Windows Server infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving technical issues in our applications and hosted Windows Server infrastructure
- Handling escalations from the 1st line support team
- Maintaining integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Improving service phase work within and across teams
Requirements:
- Some experience in programming/database/query languages and tool skills (SQL Server, SSIS, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages and tools skills)
- Technical troubleshooting experience
- Experience in understanding, defining, and documenting customer requirements and translating those into technical solutions
- Experience in Windows Server environments
- Experience of working with external customers
- Understanding of how Support Services function
- Fluent English skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- Proven track record of successful client work and implementations
- Knowledge of application monitoring and distributed systems
- Experience in either supply chain management and/or business analytics
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
RELEX Solutions offers a competitive compensation package, including a generous 15 days of paid time off, 12 paid sick days, and 13 company holidays. We also offer up to 2 paid volunteer and charity days a year, a $500 work-from-home stipend, and maternity and paternity leave that covers 12 weeks at full pay.
