Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity

Moose Lake Village, a faith-based, nonprofit organization, is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
  • Have a current MN Nursing license
  • CPR preferred but not required
  • Possess strong people and communication skills
