Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity

Moose Lake Village, a 5-star rated healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to clinical managers and attending physicians
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment according to policies and procedures
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents and their families

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Current MN nursing license
  • CPR certification preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including every other weekend
