Job Title: Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This role requires strong financial management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
  • Handle payroll processing and related activities.

Administrative Support:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage the firm's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, front desk receptionist, and/or executive assistant.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
