Job Description

As a Scrum Team Lead at Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our development teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices. With a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent leadership skills, you will drive team success and deliver high-quality products. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per year.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor development teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of Agile practices
  • Develop and implement Agile strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-defined and prioritized
  • Identify and address impediments to team progress and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance and progress

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment for federal or DoD project
  • Active clearance highly desired. Must be able to pass federal background check
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
