Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive the delivery of high-quality software products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining test strategies, overseeing the execution of test plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery
Oversee the execution of test cases, including manual and automated testing, to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain automated test scripts
Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders
Identify, track, and resolve quality issues throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience with both manual and automated testing
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), particularly Agile methodologies
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks (e.g., MABL, Selenium, JUnit)
