Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Japanese Language Specialist to join our team at Toyoda Gosei Kentucky. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing translation services during meetings, conference calls, and plant tours, as well as preparing reports and gathering and summarizing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely translation services in Japanese and English
  • Prepare reports and gather and summarize data as required
  • Establish and maintain highly confidential files and records
  • Compose and type letters and correspondence in Japanese and English
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of environmental policies, management systems, and objectives and targets

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in translation and communication of Japanese and English language
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm to work as part of a collaborative team in a professional business office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects under strict deadlines
  • Highly motivated self-starter with some business experience required
  • Highly organized and efficient

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Per Year
