About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) with IntelyCare, you'll provide high-quality care in post-acute facilities, working closely with physicians, medical staff, and residents to develop care plans and best options. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with medical staff
- Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed
- Ensuring proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience
