We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at American Dream. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and motivating the team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and staff supervision
  • Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to the team, ensuring maximum performance
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance through consistent evaluation and development of in-store talent
  • Prepare and control the store's budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
  • Monitor stock and spare parts levels, ensuring they stay within budget
  • Provide world-class customer service by efficiently and effectively handling customer concerns, upholding the Dream Riders brand
  • Inspect the store and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Ensure completion of training requirements are met in the store and resolve any issues
  • Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for the store
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports, creating forecasts to drive business growth
  • Ensure the store meets all legal health and safety guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Business Management a plus
  • Backed by 2+ years as a Store Manager or another management role
  • Able to build, coach, and retain top talent that meets sales, operational, and financial performance goals
  • An organized go-getter – you're not afraid to take risks to deliver results
  • Passionate about providing world-class customer service
  • Clear, honest, and empathetic communicator
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Upbeat collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems (i.e. MS RMS)

Competitive salary from $50,000 per year
