As an IT intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new PCs and mobile devices
  • Provide support for Active Directory user setup and administration
  • Help with basic user help desk support and troubleshooting
  • Assist in the administration of Windows 2016 servers and Office 365/Exchange
  • Support PC hardware and desktop software upgrades and maintenance
  • Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of Wide Area Network and Local Area Network
  • Assist in the implementation of IT project improvements and customer/user project requests
Requirements:
  • Must be a current student (preferably freshman, sophomore, or junior status)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible work schedule (around 20 hours during school, 40 hours in the summer)
  • Basic to moderate Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Windows 10 operating systems and basic PC hardware setup and configuration knowledge
