About the Role

The Dining Services Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and service to our residents. As a member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining proper sanitation protocols, and communicating effectively with team members and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Interact professionally and positively with residents, families, and employees
  • Follow guidelines for resident meal plans and dietary restrictions
Requirements
  • Ability to read and understand directions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
