Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss unit issues, process improvements, and safety initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and unit operations.
- Participate in budget development and management to ensure effective use of resources.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of nursing staff.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and address staff development needs through training and education programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- RN License in the state of employment or compact.
- BLS certification.
