Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and analyze patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and minimizing costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- RN License in the state of employment or compact.
- BLS certification.
