Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Clinical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting our cutting-edge technology by developing tailored sales plans and driving the expansion of our products. You will have the opportunity to effectively communicate the product and clinical benefits of CVRx devices to cardiologists, heart failure, hypertension specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive product growth and expansion.
  • Effectively communicate product and clinical benefits to key customer groups.
  • Provide technical support during procedures and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and physician investigators to provide input on product enhancements and new product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff.
  • Ability to master concepts of a medical & surgical nature and that of active implantable medical device technology.
  • Independent, self-motivated, self-starter with the drive and persistence to introduce a novel and innovative technology to the market.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with implantable medical devices within the cardiology or neuromodulation space is advantageous.
  • Healthcare experience beneficial.
  • Proven track record with clinical trial and technical training assignments.
  • Knowledge of market with clear understanding of competitive devices, strategies, advantages/disadvantages as they relate to the company's devices.
Working Conditions
  • This position is remote-based and will require the candidate to live within the region specified.
  • This position will require interfacing with multiple internal departments and physician investigators/customers.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to travel 60% or more.
