  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff, responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed to a high standard, meeting the expectations of our residents and staff.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.
    • Monitor and report on maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, including metrics on maintenance requests, completion rates, and inventory levels.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Valid California driver's license required.
    • Proof of current auto insurance policy required.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and regulatory compliance.
