Job Title: Artist

At Golden Goose, we're seeking a talented Artist to join our team as an In-Store Artisan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize artistic abilities to create a unique and personalized shopping experience for customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Golden Goose brand and values to effectively communicate product knowledge and customization options.
  • Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and a high level of customized customer service.
  • Collaborate with customers to co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
  • Stay informed and up-to-date on product information to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Golden Goose procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
  • Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Strong artistic skillset, including painting, drawing, sketching, and doodling.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
  • Excellent customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Location: Neiman Marcus, Forth Worth TX
