Join Our Team as an In-Store Artisan

We are seeking a talented In-Store Artisan to join our team at Golden Goose. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
  • Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
  • Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
  • Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
  • Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
  • Participate as 'one team', supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
  • Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
  • Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling).
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
  • Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Other languages a plus.
