Position Overview:
The Vice President of Operations at San Joaquin College of Law is tasked with overseeing the comprehensive operational framework of the institution, including the formulation and execution of policies and procedures, as well as the administration of contracts and grants.
This role is vital for upholding exceptional service standards in alignment with both internal and external regulations, laws, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all departments under direct supervision.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets effectively.
- Implement proactive strategies for the assessment and enhancement of operational processes.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and growth initiatives of the organization.
- Review and advise on compliance-related matters affecting the institution.
The Vice President will oversee teams in human resources, facilities management, data analytics, and front office operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation:
Salary range: $105,000 (Entry Level) – $115,000 (Top)
