At Premier Wireless, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell wireless services and devices to customers.
  • Provide expert knowledge on wireless products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven sales experience in retail or telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
