Industrial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onsite Service Representative to join our team at Grainger Businesses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving account growth through our KeepStock program.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inventory and provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive account growth through the KeepStock program and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with partners to implement sales strategy and provide solutions to customers' MRO needs
- Resolve customer problems promptly and maintain a high level of customer loyalty
- Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided
- 3 years' experience in a selling or service environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and sales growth oriented
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle different technical and operational issues
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence
