Lead Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Registered Nurse to join our team at Atrium Health. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to a team of nurses on an assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care (direct and indirect) on assigned unit, collaborating with other healthcare disciplines and departments to ensure a continuum of care to patients.
- Participate in daily rounds with the interdisciplinary team to assist with planning for the next level of care.
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinate staff for organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities for the care of patients.
- Assist in financial planning and control, nursing standards, nursing plan for provision of care, nursing performance review, and quality assurance for assigned areas.
- Responsible for human resource management on assigned shift, assisting with development of unit goals and ensuring they are operational.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN license with the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
- Six (6) months experience as a Clinical Nurse.
