Job Title: Registered Nurse - Clinical Lead for Neuro Trauma Unit

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as the Clinical Lead for our Neuro Trauma Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision, coaching, and mentoring to subordinate staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients on the Neuro Trauma Unit, including direct and indirect care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines and departments to provide a continuum of care to patients.
  • Participate in daily rounds with the interdisciplinary team to assist with planning for the next level of care.
  • Assist in financial planning and control, nursing standards, and quality assurance for the assigned areas.
  • Responsible for human resource management on assigned shifts, including training and development activities.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Current RN license with the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum six (6) months experience as a Clinical Nurse.
  • Prefer two (2) years of experience as a Clinical Nurse and 6 months of experience functioning as a Charge Nurse.
