Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to subordinate staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Patient Care: Provide professional nursing care (direct and indirect) to patients on the assigned unit, collaborating with other healthcare disciplines and departments to ensure a continuum of care.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Atrium Health's standards of care.
- Human Resource Management: Assist with human resource management on the assigned shift, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Financial Planning: Assist with financial planning and control, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Current RN license with the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: Six (6) months clinical nurse experience.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think analytically and work independently and as part of a team.
