Quality Roots is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Lead Budtender to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting a positive and inclusive store environment, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cannabis products, including strains, effects, and usage methods.
  • Collaborate with the management team to establish priorities, set goals, and drive results.
  • Manage inventory, track sales metrics, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide training and support to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 21+ years old
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Cannabis industry experience preferred
  • Managerial experience and retail background a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
