**About Us:**
Enjet Aero, LLC machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components, and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense, and general aviation sectors. Our goal is to be regarded as an irreplaceable resource by our customers.
**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Job Description:**
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will perform final inspections, in-process inspections, and 1st article inspections. You will evaluate parts to print specifications and understand the inspection methods used for inspection and support the manufacturing process and personnel. You will adhere to the Quality Policy, AS 9100 requirements, and take daily direction from the Inspection Supervisor.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Strong blueprint and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) comprehension
• Ability to use inspection tools, such as micrometer, indicators, comparator, etc.
• Detail-oriented to complete all paperwork, as required, including inspection reports.
• Able to make mold casts to check ID dimensions.
• Can identify dimensional and visual defects.
• Understanding of customer specifications and requirements (PWA).
• Accuracy and attention to detail are highly important.
• Experienced with completing 1st article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections.
• Must have strong knowledge of aerospace specifications and requirements, particularly Pratt and Whitney.
