Key Responsibilities- Evaluate needs and negotiate contracts to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of IT equipment and services.
- Manage the contract life cycle, including initiation, negotiation, and renewal.
- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with the legal department to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to optimize relationships with key suppliers.
- Provide guidance and support to direct reports in procurement and contracts roles.
- Lead Skanska's technology vendor evaluation process using Onetrust.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in procurement or a related field.
- 3+ years of demonstrated understanding of procurement principles, practices, and methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience with sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Experience with hardware, software, cloud services, and licensing models.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or 8 years of equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
