Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's direct software category strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop effective sourcing and procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement cost reduction strategies and network optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor market dynamics, supplier competitive landscape, and pricing strategy for the category across regions.
  • Ensure optimal balance between value for money and cost savings while maintaining quality and excellent stakeholder relationship management.
  • Drive Total Cost of Ownership reductions for the category through analytics and measure and track performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, including engineering and/or IT category experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certification desirable (e.g., CPSM, CPM, PMP).
What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
