Physical Therapist II, Sportscare Specialist

As a Physical Therapist II, Sportscare, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and care. This role requires a strong understanding of professional practice and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients to identify their physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and progress treatment plans to achieve patient goals
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• 2 years of recent relevant experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
