Physical Therapist Level II

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Level II to join our team in Oakland, California.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Level II to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our team's success.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.
- Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers through effective communication and patient-centered care.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and policies to ensure patient safety and privacy.
- Provide clinical supervision to assistants and aides.
- Develop and update patient plans of care based on assessments and diagnoses.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers and support team members.
- Complete all documentation related to charge capture and patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- PT-Physical Therapist certification.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
- Recent relevant experience preferred.
- Critical thinking, complex problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
This role requires the ability to work in a demanding environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Benefits:This position offers a competitive salary range of $61.91 to $77.38 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
