About the Role

The Behavioral Health Manager is a key position at Lake Roosevelt Community Health Centers, responsible for overseeing a broad range of behavioral health services across the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional leadership and guidance to behavioral health teams
  • Develop and implement effective behavioral health programs and services
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to staff members
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, clients, and outside entities

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctor of Social Work (DSW) degree from an accredited program
  • Accreditation by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification
  • 4,000 hours of experience in behavioral health, with 1,000 hours of direct client contact
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and eligibility for Colville Tribes vehicle insurance

The Behavioral Health Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The position may require working extra hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
