Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

CAMcare Health Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide consultation and therapy services to patients in our OBGYN, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, MAT, and Dental Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct brief, short-term, and intermediate therapy sessions for individuals and families
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and utilize the DSM for diagnosing and treatment
  • Establish and formulate comprehensive treatment goals and plans
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in our electronic medical record system
  • Participate in case conferences with behavioral health and social work staff, as well as other clinical team members
  • Make referrals for psych evaluations and medication management services as needed
  • Manage provider schedules and maintain an active patient list
  • Educate patients and community members on behavioral, mental, and social health determinants

Requirements:

  • Current NJ License and/or Certification: LCSW, LPC, LCADC
  • Credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurance panels a plus
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, providing individual and family counseling
  • Strong background and experience working with diverse populations
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Maintain continuing education requirements
  • Bilingual and fluent in Spanish a plus
