Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Promises Behavioral Health, LLC. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in an ambulatory care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete client admissions and screenings
  • Administer and stock medication
  • Develop treatment plans and provide nursing care
  • Manage medical record documentation and supervise subordinate staff
  • Monitor and document client progress and make required referrals to physician or emergency services

Requirements:

  • LPN certification
  • AA or BS in a related field
  • Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare
  • Venipuncture and TB skin testing experience
  • Current CPR, AED, and first aid certification
  • Experience in addiction, mental health, and behavioral health preferred
