About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to patients, including individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment.
  • CPR certification and ability to perform and document mental health status exams.
