  • Executing cash handling operations including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
  • Maintaining accurate cash drawer balances and ensuring secure handling of funds.
  • Acquiring knowledge of both new and existing banking products and services.
  • Assessing customer financial needs to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Identifying and reporting any fraudulent activities.
  • Adhering to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Supporting daily branch operations to uphold integrity, including balancing ATMs and processing returned mail.
  • Meeting referral goals by identifying opportunities for basic banking products.
  • Delivering an extraordinary customer experience consistently.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cash handling environment.
  • A professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
  • The capability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Critical thinking skills to provide effective solutions.

Work Environment:

This position requires full onsite presence.
