Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Internal Services are key areas where you will drive innovation and digital transformation. As Chief Product Officer, you will lead our internal Product function, shaping the strategic direction of our product portfolio, and driving measurable impact across our organization.

The day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and executing the firm's internal product vision and strategy
  • Leading and mentoring a diverse organization
  • Collaborating with C-suite executives and business unit leaders
  • Overseeing talent acquisition and development strategies

You will also be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with key corporate functions
  • Collaborating with business unit leadership in Tax, Audit, and Advisory
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior product leadership roles (VP+ level)
  • Significant experience (8+ years) in Big 4 or other major professional services firms preferred, with deep understanding of Tax, Audit, and Advisory services

About You

  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven track record of building and scaling product organizations, preferably in traditional professional services environments
