We are looking for a highly skilled Event Production Director to join our team at Flyspace Productions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of live event production, AV rentals, and technical execution.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving departmental success and business growth through strong leadership, technical expertise, and financial acumen.
Key Qualifications:- Minimum of 10 years in departmental or organizational leadership roles
- Advanced education, such as a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, financial management, and operational efficiency
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 up to $95,000 and commensurate with experience and leadership expertise, plus benefits including unlimited PTO, healthcare, 401(k), and more.
