Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Morgantown, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating incoming creative requests, organizing and maintaining all brand files, processing and tracking invoices and budgets, and assisting with logistics for shoots and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate incoming creative requests from global regions to the brand marketing team.
  • Process all incoming invoices, save to server and track in internal budget document.
  • Provide a monthly update on YTD budget expenditures to Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Global Brand Director.
  • Assist with logistics for shoots and events, including ordering wardrobe and preparing all items needed by the team.
  • Support Senior Global Brand Director on special projects, including vendor and software research and cost analysis, internal and external surveys, charity initiatives, and coordinating contract feedback and approvals from legal team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • One (1) to three (3) years of administrative, marketing, or project management experience in a corporate environment.
  • College degree related field or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • Bachelors in PR, Marketing, Business.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to work well under pressure and prioritize demanding assignments.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Software, Wrike preferred.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite applications, with Advanced PowerPoint and Excel highly desirable.
