Viwinco is on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic marketing operations. In this role, you will manage promotional materials, assist with event planning, and provide essential support across the marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

  • Provide general support across the marketing team.
  • Manage scheduling, file organization, and team meetings.
  • Track project timelines and assist with cross-departmental projects.
  • Availability for occasional weekend and evening work is required.
Marketing Materials & Inventory
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all materials are current and accessible.
  • Process and ship promotional orders for sales events.
Event Coordination
  • Assist with planning and executing on-site and off-site events.
  • Manage event logistics and provide on-site support.
  • Support company tours and create engaging social media content to enhance brand visibility.
Digital & Social Media
  • Monitor social media accounts, post updates, and engage with followers.
  • Create basic content for newsletters, social media, and promotions.
  • Perform basic graphic design and visual content tasks.
Internal Communications
  • Gather and prepare weekly company updates.
  • Proofread and edit reports and presentations.
  • Serve as a point of contact during marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an associate degree in Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; ability to read and write in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in proofing materials or managing inventory.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes, as physical material handling is required.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist in various aspects of marketing and events.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours for events when needed.
