Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce company security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and screenings for employees and visitors, as required.
  • Monitor and control access to sensitive areas and equipment, ensuring only authorized personnel have access.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing timely and effective support to ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to maintain a high level of security awareness and vigilance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing security protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular security training and drills to maintain a high level of preparedness and response.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall security mission.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
