Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Retail Shop Associates to enhance the Equinox experience. This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute significantly to a vibrant and expanding organization.

The Retail Shop Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to all visitors, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of club and shop services, programs, and products.

Operational Excellence:
- Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies consistently.
- Ensure understanding of all communication and training materials, assisting with operational tasks as needed.

Product Presentation:
- Collaborate with management to ensure the shop reflects brand standards through effective merchandising and marketing.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor and stockrooms.

Professional Development:
- Foster effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and practices to promote teamwork and camaraderie.
- Adhere to all company policies and initiatives, communicating effectively at all levels.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and excellent time management skills.
