RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a full-time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Medication Aide (MNA) to join our team and provide direct care to residents in a supportive environment.

Overview

We are a leading independent retirement community that prioritizes the well-being and quality of life of our residents. As an LNA or MNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Direct Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting, promoting health and independence.
  • Mobility and Functional Nursing Care: Provide assistance with transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit-stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool as defined by the nursing care plan.
  • Develop Professional Relationships: Build strong relationships with residents, family members, coworkers, and supervisors through open communication based on mutual respect.
  • Assessments and Treatment Procedures: Assist with TPR's, BP's, weights, specimen collection, skin care, O2 stats, and O2 as defined by the State Nursing Practice Act and facility policy.
Qualifications:
  • Active NH LNA License
  • Prior experience working directly with senior citizens is strongly preferred

Salary Range:

$31,000 - $41,000 per year, depending on experience
