Job Summary

The individual in this position is accountable for the excellence, volume, and punctuality of bakery output, crafting baked items in line with Parkhurst's recipes, standards, and protocols while adhering to stringent sanitary practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare all baked products daily according to Parkhurst recipes, ensuring accurate portion sizes.
  2. Guarantee the quality and freshness of all baked items, producing them to meet established specifications.
  3. Assess the quantity of baked goods to be produced, utilizing production documentation.
  4. Uphold presentation standards for all baked items.
  5. Distribute products to designated service areas.
  6. Complete daily production logs.
  7. Store and label all food items appropriately.
  8. Investigate and experiment with new recipes, presenting findings to management.
  9. Adhere to the cleaning schedule as outlined by management, employing a 'clean as you go' approach.
  10. Maintain open communication with management regarding product and supply needs.
  11. Follow the uniform dress code and uphold proper personal hygiene standards.
  12. Comply with all Parkhurst Gold Standards and embrace Smile Plus hospitality principles.
  13. Support fellow team members whenever possible.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
