Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Maleko Personnel. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions, including hiring, onboarding, employee compensation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:- Administering compensation and benefit plans to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes to identify top candidates.
- Conducting employee onboarding and helping to organize training and development initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertaking tasks around performance management, including quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Aptitude in problem-solving and a desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
