Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced system administration support for Microsoft Azure services, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
  • Participate in 'tiger team' calls to facilitate knowledge sharing and timely issue resolution across teams.
  • Support the development of knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize system performance.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in system administration, preferably with Microsoft products.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure.

Estimated Salary:

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of around $120,000, based on qualifications and experience.
