Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to enable the increasing scale and growth of Microsoft Cloud.
  • Process Improvement: Drive maturity in transformation processes and governance, working with other leaders across Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) and other organizations.
  • Delivery Excellence: Improve the ability to deliver to business-critical needs in an agile and timely manner with high quality, working with cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in leading cross-functional transformation, including supply chain systems and process re-engineering. A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include demonstrated systems thinking, change leadership, and experience in supply chain transformation.
