Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other innovative strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Showcase our painting services and highlight the benefits to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Accurate Quoting & Proposals: Provide precise quotes and proposals that clearly outline the project scope and cost.
  • Closing Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets within your territory.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and grow our client base.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales; experience in the painting or home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in driving sales efforts.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
