Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialist to provide one-on-one support to our in-home patients in Beaufort, NC and surrounding areas. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our patients and their families, while delivering high-quality care and services that promote independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with household tasks and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Report observations and concerns to the Agency Director or accounts manager, and notify them immediately in the event of any incidents or accidents.
  • Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing patient needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and services that promote patient independence and dignity.
