Position: Care Partner at Oaks Senior Living

Position Summary:
  • Deliver individualized care and assistance to residents
  • Foster residents' health and well-being while adhering to the mission of Oaks Senior Living
  • Assist with daily living activities in a dignified and professional manner
Qualifications:
  • Experience in senior caregiving is preferred
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Genuine passion for working with the elderly
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully complete background and drug screenings
  • Physical examination is required
Core Duties:
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and provide necessary assistance
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities and dining
  • Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Help maintain a clean and organized living space for residents
