Production Operations Supervisor

Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annually
Shift: First
Work Hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
Education Requirement: High School Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee plant personnel management, including both full-time staff and temporary workers.
  • Diagnose and resolve machinery and printing challenges.
  • Conduct quality assessments and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Utilize software systems for inputting production metrics.
  • Identify and address nonconformities proactively.
  • Manage production schedules, understanding machinery workloads and deadlines.
  • Assign employees to machinery operations effectively.
  • Perform quality inspections at various intervals during the day.
  • Troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise.
  • Carry out minor repairs on die-cutting equipment.
  • Oversee shipping processes.

Essential Functions:
  • Work in a smoke-free environment.
  • Operate in a non-temperature controlled setting.
  • Perform manual lifting of up to 30 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours at a time.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Managerial experience level.
