Seeking a Personal Trainer to join our Boston-based team at Equinox. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in a state-of-the-art facility and provide personalized fitness programs tailored to their needs.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer who can deliver exceptional results-driven workouts and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering personalized fitness programs for clients
  • Conducting fitness assessments and creating workout plans tailored to individual needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and adapting programs as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current personal training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program
  • Current CPR/AED certification (certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants)
  • Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
